Luxury Living At It’s Max with LeBron James across the United States
When you’re LeBron James, you need space to relax. Before exploring LeBron’s brand-new L.A. estate, let’s take a look at his old Miami pad. While playing for the Miami Heat from 2010-2014, James needed a special location to escape the mayhem of South Beach. With that in mind the King acquired a 12,000 square foot residential or commercial property for $9 million – luxury living!
It needed to have been the site of some good partying following James’ two titles in Miami. Inside the space, James can stay chilled and entertained with a high-end movie theatre and fitness centre.
Purchased for $9 million, James sold the property for $13.4 million when he made his move back to Cleveland. However if you thought this mansion was excellent, wait up until you see his brand-new living quarters in LA – the second of James’ two Los Angeles-area estates. Found in the affluent area of Brentwood, James’ brand-new crib was acquired for $23 million – luxury living at it’s max!
At 15,800 square feet, this estate is more of a palace, and strolling in emits a royal feel. Decked out with white marble and luxurious wood reclaimed from Europe, this eight bedroom, 11 bathroom palace fits the King well. For his home entertainment, this palace consists of a house theater, swimming pool table, and physical fitness facility.
The space enables the mid-30-year-old to remain in shape year round. From the bedroom, James can take an elevator trip to his roof terrace with views of downtown L.A. or the Pacific Ocean, and with his and hers bathrooms and huge walk-in closets, there’s ample space to store all his Nike equipment.
When James and his guests want to get a bit rowdy, they can benefit from the wine cellar and cigar bar and party on the spacious outdoor patio area which benefits from a complete kitchen area, bbq space, and beer taps, or take a dip in the swimming pool to cool off.
