Antoni Gaudi
Antoni Gaudi Cornet was born on June 25, 1852 in Catalonia Spain. As a child, Gaudi’s health was bad, suffering from rheumatism. He also is contributed for his work on the Crypt of La Sagrada Familia and the Nativity facade. Gaudi’s work at the time was both admired and criticized for his vibrant, ingenious solutions. Gaudi’s life came to an awful end when he was run over by a cable car. A few weeks later he passed away in the hospital due to his injuries on June 10, 1926 at the age of 74.
